3.本项目的特定资格要求：

合同包1(2025年长寿山景区维修、美化项目)特定资格要求如下:

(1)具备建设行政主管部门核发的有效的建筑工程施工总承包三级(含三级)及以上资质，具备有效的安全生产考核证书。

(2)供应商拟派项目经理须具备建筑工程专业二级（含二级）及其以上建造师注册执业资格证书，并具备有效的相关安全生产考核合格证书，证企相符且未担任其他在建工程项目经理。证企相符并提供近3个月（2025年6月至2025年8月）本企业为其连续缴纳基本养老保险证明材料；提供未担任其他在建工程项目经理的承诺（承诺函格式自拟，须法定代表人或授权委托人签字并加盖公章）。国家规定的6类人员除外。

(3)技术负责人1人;施工员(工长)1人;质量员(质检员)1人;安全员1人;(技术负责人须具备建筑工程相关专业中级及以上职称证书，施工员、质重员均须具备建筑工程相关专业岗位证书，安全员须具备有效的安全生产考核合格C证)。以上人员须证企相符并提供近3个月（2025年6月至2025年8月）本企业为其连续缴纳基本养老保险证明材料。
