二、申请人的资格要求：

1.（1）供应商符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条、《中华人民共和国政府采购法实施条例》第十七条规定，根据庆阳市财政局、庆阳市公共资源交易中心《关于在全市政府采购中推行供应商“承诺+信用”管理机制的通知》要求，投标供应商须提供《庆阳市政府采购供应商资格条件承诺函》加盖公章；

（2）本项目实行资格后审，不接受联合体投标。
