On 4 August 2026, the Hurun Education Top International Schools in China 2026 rankings were officially released. Fettes College Guangzhou, in its first year of participation, was recognised as a "standout" new entry and awarded the title of the No. 1 private international school in Guangzhou.
As shared by Country Garden Education during the launch of the list: "Although it has only been six years since its founding, Fettes College Guangzhou has already surpassed many schools with decades of history. This school in the Greater Bay Area, which truly integrates the best of Chinese and British education, is rapidly emerging as a national educational star."
This top ranking is not a one-off achievement. Fettes College Guangzhou (FCG) has consistently excelled in multiple authoritative evaluations:
•2024: Ranked 2nd in Guangzhou and among the Top 18 nationwide in the Forbes China Bilingual International School Ranking.
•2025: Recognised as the No. 1 bilingual school in Guangzhou across all divisions (Early Years, Primary, Middle, and Senior School).
•2026: Retained 1st place for bilingual senior high schools in Guangzhou.
HKPEP Top 50 Competitive International Schools in the Greater Bay Area: Ranked as the top private school in Guangzhou for three consecutive years.

Rankings signify external recognition, but university admission results provide the most tangible evidence of academic quality. As of 6 August 2026, FCG's three graduating cohorts have received 428 offers from leading universities worldwide, with total scholarships amounting to RMB 18.51 million.
For three consecutive years, we have received offers from Oxford, Cambridge, and all G5 universities. Notably, the Class of 2026 achieved offers from every G5 institution, while 56% of our second cohort also secured places at G5 universities.

Full offers from Hong Kong's top five universities (HKU, CUHK, HKUST, PolyU, CityU) for two consecutive years, demonstrating the curriculum's flexibility for regional study routes.
The University of the Arts London extended offers to all art graduates for two consecutive years. Orchid, a Class of 2026 student, received an interview for Oxford’s Pure Arts programme, alongside offers from 11 top art schools, including RISD and Parsons. She was also awarded a RMB 660,000 scholarship from Parsons.
