(1)（1）供应商须具备建设行政主管部门核发的房屋建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质；具备有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的履约能力。 （2）拟派项目管理机构人员证书要求：项目经理（1 人）须具备建筑工程专业二级建造师及以上注册建造师执业资格并具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B 证），未在其他在建工程项目担任任何职务；技术负责人（1 人）：具备建筑工程相关专业中级及以上职称证书；施工员（工长）（1 人）：具备相关专业岗位证书；质检员或质量员 （1 人）：具备相关专业岗位证书；安全员（1 人）：具有有效的 C 类安全生产考核合格证书。 以上成员必须是本企业在职职工且证企相符；提供本项目管理机构人员投标截止日前 3 个月(2025年06月至2025年08月)的本企业为其缴纳养老保险证明，如已达到退休年龄，需提供退休证及聘用合同，并在响应文件中明确承诺人员社保真实有效。
