简要规格描述：为继续做好上海市2025学年各学段所有新生的电子学生证制作及全市所有在籍学生电子学生证的配套服务工作，本项目的采购内容及需求概况是：1)各学段首次获得上海市学籍、上海市市内转学生、因拆并校而需换卡的学生电子学生证白卡个性化印制、包装和配送服务；2）所有在籍学生电子学生证补换服务；3）照片采集处理服务；4）电子学生证制作进程及收发的咨询等综合管理服务5）学生证制证数据分析。我们的服务依托上海市电子学生证的综合应用管理服务体系，实现上海市电子学生证制作、发行、应用、安全、运行保障等，做好其业务的日常运营工作，为每位学生制证和发放电子学生证提供优质服务，提供真实、有效、准确的数据支持和应用管理服务。
