(1)具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级（含以上）及有效的安全生产许 可证

(2)拟派项目经理须具备建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格证书，并具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且承诺未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理并出具承诺书。是本企业在职人员并提供近3个月企业为其缴纳养老保险的证明。

(3)拟派项目组织机构人员（技术负责人1人、施工员1人、质量员1人、安全员1人）：技 术负责人须具备建筑工程相关专业中级及以上职称证书，施工员、质量员须具备建筑工 程或相关专业岗位证，安全员须具备安全生产考核合格证（C证）。 以上人员必须为企 业在职人员。
