I wasn't entirely convinced by the mentoring scheme when it was announced. Pairing every new employee with a senior colleague sounded useful in theory, but I worried it would just create extra meetings for people who were already busy. Having taken part for three months, though, I've changed my mind. The scheduled sessions are brief, and the advice I've received has helped me resolve issues much faster than before. I still think the matching process could be improved, but overall it's been far more valuable than I expected.

01｜不要被开头的负面态度“锁定”

开头连续出现：

wasn't entirely convinced并不完全认同

I worried...我担心……

如果听到这里就判断说话人“不认可这个项目”，很容易选错。

真正决定答案的是后面的：

I've changed my mind.

以及最后一句：

overall it's been far more valuable than I expected.

因此完整的态度变化是：

怀疑 → 实际体验 → 改变态度 → 总体肯定

这正是B2–C1听力里常见的判断难点。

02｜关键词＋重要语法决定“最终立场”

本题有几个非常值得积累的信号：

though→ 不过、然而，提示观点发生转折

I've changed my mind→ 我改变了看法

still→ 虽然总体认可，但仍保留一个意见

overall→ 总体而言，通常直接引出最终评价

特别注意这个结构：

Having taken part for three months, though, I've changed my mind.

Having + 过去分词 表示某个动作已经完成，并成为后面判断的背景。

这里可以理解为：

在实际参与了三个月之后，我改变了原来的看法。

因此，前面的担忧属于初始态度，后面的评价才代表体验后的态度。

03｜干扰项为什么容易选？

B｜creates too many unnecessary meetings

这是说话人最初的担忧：

I worried it would just create extra meetings...

但后面明确说：

the scheduled sessions are brief

说明实际体验并没有支持这个担忧。

C｜only effective if the matching process is redesigned

原文确实说：

the matching process could be improved

但这只是一个保留意见。

并没有说：

“如果不改，就没有效果。”

把 could be improved 扩大成 only effective if...，属于过度推断。

D｜promising at first but disappointing later

与原文态度变化方向恰好相反。

原文实际是：

最初怀疑 → 后来认可。

遇到态度题，不要统计“正面词多还是负面词多”。

重点找这三类信号：

初始态度I thought / I worried / at first

态度转折but / though / however / having...

最终判断overall / in the end / I've changed my mind / I'd recommend...

记住一句：

态度题问的通常不是“他说过什么”，而是“他说完以后到底站在哪一边”。
