About the role
This internship role focuses on macroeconomic and financial market tracking, potential client research, and administrative support for internal and external meetings. You will monitor daily macroeconomic data, summarize key financial insights, conduct research on prospective institutional clients, and manage meeting logistics and documentation.
Key responsibilities
Monitor daily macroeconomic data and summarize key takeaways from leading financial podcasts in English and Chinese
Conduct deep-dive research on prospective institutional clients using regulatory lists, official websites, and media channels to build structured profiles
Schedule internal and external meetings, manage calendar invitations, and draft high-quality, professional meeting minutes
Manage archiving, file version control, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks such as organizing expense reimbursement receipts
About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal) with strong bilingual translation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with financial data tools (e.g., Bloomberg) is highly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of working under tight daily deadlines
Availability to work 5 days per week is preferred
