工作职责|Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers.
Mainly responsible superior retail execution in online & offline stores.
Represent the Company in front of the customers.
Develop in-depth understanding with shoppers, and market landscape and build excellent partnership with customers, create joint value to win-win with customer.
Create business strategies and plans by depth understanding of market & customers dynamics, shopper psychology, marketing knowledge, trade fund management, people management, supply chain operations and execute with excellence.
Build a powerful team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources to deliver best result.
岗位要求|Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree.
Good oral and written English communication skills.
Strong Leadership Skills to envision/ engage/ enable/ energize the multifunctional team and have learning agility to face challenge & fast-moving environment.
Strong Ownership, esp. on teamwork & execution with excellence capability.
Location mobility is required to obtain diverse experiences and skills.
