Facility Management & Service Quality Monitor： Partner with the Facility Management team to ensure delivering good FM service with positive impact on customer experience. Oversee FM risk management in terms of facility operation and maintenance. Be the interface between MP Management Team and FM Service for installation of events or any other activities that will require a technical component. Secure various digital solutions to meet MP business needs.
可持续发展与节能减排: 与FM团队协作制定并执行年度“气候正向（Climate Positive）”行动计划。推动碳足迹、能源效率、可再生电力、耗水量、废物处理、IWAY 以及公平和平等的指标达成。
Sustainability & Climate Positive： Collaborate with FM team to make and implement annual Climate Positive action plan. Drive the delivery of Climate footprint, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Electricity, Water Consumption, Waste Treatment, IWAY, Fair and Equality.
全面安全风险管理: 建立涵盖消防安全、安保、设施安全、自然灾害预防、交通安全、犯罪预防的整体购物中心风险管理体系。负责落实各种与安全有关的检查、审计和事故调查。批准重大风险处置计划，统筹危机处理，指定应急预案，向总部风险职能部门报告整体风险管理绩效。
Comprehensive Risk Management: Build up overall Meeting Place Risk Management on fire safety, security, facility safety, natural hazard prevention, traffic safety, crime prevention. Lead training on safety & security and environmental issues, etc. Lead risk investigation, S&S checks, IKEA Blue checks, audit and accident investigation. Approve major risk disposal plans, coordinate crisis management and formulate emergency plan. Report the overall risk management performance to SO risk functions.
租户装修管理：负责租户装修手册的更新与实施。领导并驱动租户装修及开业流程。通过开展培训和现场安全检查，监督租户装修风险管理。协调解决租户装修与运营之间的安全冲突。
Tenant Fit-out Management: Own Tenant Fit-out Manual update and implementation. Lead and drive the tenant fitout and opening processes. Oversee tenant fit-out risk management by conducting trainings and on-site safety inspections. Coordinate the resolutions of safety conflicts between tenant fitout and MP operation.
合规与日常运营监督：代表MPM负责与相关政府机构的对接，确保日常运营顺畅、安全且合规。
Compliance & Daily Operations Oversight: Oversee the connection with regulatory authorities representing MPM to secure smooth, safe and complianced daily operations.
