REPORTS TO - Senior Manager, Finance Business PartnerDEPARTMENT - Finance
The Business Finance Supervisor will be responsible for delivering robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making for China region operations. This role will focus on enhancing financial visibility, optimizing profitability, and supporting the execution of business strategies through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
40% - Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare regular financial reports, identifying operational risks, trends, and opportunities.
Understand key business drivers and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the China leadership and global stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance against targets, including and not limited to revenue, costs, profitability, working capital, ROI/ROCE, etc.
20% - Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning
Support annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year strategic planning cycles.
Track and analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets; propose corrective actions.
15% - Profitability & Cost Optimization
Perform cost management analysis, including logistics, port operations, and supply chain expenses.
Work cross-functionally to ensure pricing strategy deployment, including rebate/discount program design and profit sensitivity modeling.
15% - Process Improvement
10% - Investment & Project Support
Collaborate on financial evaluations for investment projects, including ROI/ROCE analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment.
Support the Finance Business Partner with country strategic initiatives.
1. EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
2. CERTIFICATIONS
CMA, CFA, or CPA certification preferred.
3. EXPERIENCE – YEARS & TYPE
5+ years in FP&A, Finance BP, or management accounting, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or chemicals industry.
Experience in a multinational corporation or Big 4 accounting firm is a strong plus.

Fluency in English (written/spoken).

5. COMPUTER/TECHNICAL LITERACY

Experienced in PowerBI and PowerQuery (preferred).
