2003年加入佳农,2015年之前主要从事出口业务工作。2015年转到国内业务,历任集团信息、财务、内控、内审、文化、战略等职能部门总监、子公司总经理等职。2022年始专注于国内水果事业部的战略规划工作。

Ding joined Goodfarmer in 2003 and mainly engaged in export business before 2015. In 2015, he started domestic business and served as the director of functional departments such as information, finance, internal control, internal audit, culture, and strategy, as well as the general manager of subsidiaries. From 2022, Ding focus on strategic planning for the domestic fruit division.

由于长期从事中国果蔬的进出口一线业务及集团内部现代化企业管理体系建设,因此在行业的宏观洞察及企业的微观经营管理方面均有一定程度的独到见解,为佳农集团的发展提供了不少有价值的建议和意见。

With long-term involvement in the import and export of Chinese fruits and vegetables, as well as the construction of a modern enterprise management system, Ding owns unique insight into the macro perspective of the industry and the micro management of the enterprise, providing valuable suggestions and opinions for the development of Goodfarmer Group.

Joining Pagoda in Nov 2001, Zhu is the manager of the first Pagoda shop. Familiar with the specialties of fresh fruit, Zhu could change the strategies regarding on the unstable quality and market. Good at negotiation, Zhu focus on supply chain to reduce supply procedures and improve product competitiveness. As a hard worker, Zhu has built a professional purchasing team, with a good reputation in and out the industry.
